SCULPTURE KINGDOM
ARCHITECTURE UX
PROJECT OVERVIEW
In architecture school we explored theory based projects to expand our thought process and get creative on designing projects that are not normally built. For this Midwest Cow Art Building, I explored the large sculptures that occupy the midwest and developed a design that housed them and enriched an environment with everything cows and art.
I ask you to keep an open mind because it is going to get a little funky.

THE BACKSTORY
At the beginning of this project I explored how the Midwest is filled with some of the largest sculptures in the country. I personified the sculptures to give them life and wrote a fun backstory for the project.
THE ART BUILDING
This Midwest Cow Art Building was designed to house sculptures of the area and create an experience filled with a variety of activities. This project was very theory based and made me think outside the box.

THE PHYSICAL MODEL
A section model of the building was modeled. This gave me the opportunity to explore detailed architecture and pathways that I was not able to grasp via the digital sections and images I created. The experience of designing in the built environment and the digital environment gave me different perspectives on how this conceptual building could be created.
